lewis cine is a dog he has 85 speed and alright zone for a 81 fs that goes for like 15k great budget card

Under cards for Legends are usually solid. I user Troy P’s 86 and he is a beast. 84 Ed Reed, 85 Charles Woodson, do the Headliners Forge solos for your free Jaylen Watson, and the Headliners FP will give you an upgrade able card that can get to an 85 - I still use Vera-Tucker, but the Likely and Blankenship cards are tough also.  These, along with the players people already listed will give you a good start with a competitive team.
