It used to be you could avoid the ice the kicker effect by selecting a fake kick play and then audible to a kick. That does not work anymore. Is there a workaround? When I do this, I still have the ice the kicker effect when the opponent calls a time out.

i mean. is it that big of a deal? just score more so that you dont have to be kicking iced field goals

Personally, I'm glad they fixed it. What you described sounds like an glitch/exploit to avoid being iced.

I notice if I ice them they call timeout run a play then kick and they are still iced lol.

Well, when I call a time out., The Ice effect never activates for my opponent. Like Never. Either there is a way to stop it or EA really hates me.
