What’s the difference in Wags upgrade training AKA

So I saw that it asked me to put down 650 training for an updated version of the xfactor . I was wondering what does this update do and do I also need to put in the extra training for the actual X factor itself

It makes it so his x factor takes one less play to turn back on, so if the cool down on his x factor is 5 plays, after you do the training upgrade it will only take 4 plays.
