Ability question for Luck

If I have gunslinger on luck, should I still put QuickDraw on him or is it a wasted ability since he already has gunslinger? I wasn’t sure if they stack and he gets a better boost.

According to CC, when you get GS, the release is the same for any GS user.

With Luck id skip slinger as well. Anyone with trad 4 doesnt need a pass chem until sfl or ple imo
