Same, i finally managed to get a response, twice in fact.  Both times, they just said NOPE.  Here's the exact language, it's just boilerplate, there's zero chance anyone is manually reviewing these things.  I started to create a new EA account last evening, but I'm trying to resist the urge.  The game isn't good enough for this heartache, but i think i'm going to still send a certified letter to EA requesting Binding Arbitration, we're basically out of options.  I'm not convinced the Terms of Service are even real, i think it's all just fluff knowing full well that the kids and degenerate gambling addicts among us won't do jack shit (i'm just a degen MUT addict, i adore the 49ers and team building aspects of the game, which is expensive... thankfully i dodged the gambling bug).  Pisses me off they won't even tell us what we did wrong -- probably because they have no clue how their own bots even work, or don't work.  F off EA.

Thanks to everyone who has chimed in with their own personal experience(s).  Good luck to any and all caught up in this nonsense.  You can't watch a single Madden stream without some ad for coin sellers.  We can only hope that Madden goes the way of FIFA and EA doesn't deem the exclusive license worthwhile for the profit motives.  What an absolute mess.

The whole thing leaves you angry with EA, but if you restart now, you will quickly get back to somewhere close to the place you left off. However, I fully get what you are saying about starting over and tend to agree.  I didn't miss anything (last / my first MUT cycle) except the Ken Stabler QB that dropped, but i survived and ultimately got my Joe Montana Golden Ticket.

It's probably better for my overall mental health and well-being if i stop nerd-raging on this bullshit so hard.  As much as i truly enjoy fatball simulation, this is sadly not it.

After that I sent them a VERY strongly worded final dispute and I think I'll call it at that. Game has been uninstalled and I'm awaiting the BBB response. I'm doing everything I can to chargeback all the points I've bought. I won't let them get away with this. Good luck friend.

I got the identical above response after my second attempt.  Haven't opened a third case (yet), wr0k has been slammed.  I doubt we'll ever get our accounts back, but i'm still going to invest five bucks to send the Certified Letter requesting Binding Arbitration.  I'm still not convinced any humans manually review anything.

Holy cow, i don't want to speak too soon, but i think i'm FREE.  Didn't log onto Madden even once last evening, no stress about knocking out my dailies quick, no bothering to keep up with the auction house in hopes of funding my roster, no temptations to drop cash on pack offers.

Apparently I was becoming more of a MUT addict than I was ready to admit.  I still think i'm going to send a certified letter, but the best possible solution is simply moving on with my life.  It's been a long time coming.  I was merely trying to break a ~10, or so month Madden/MUT habit, can only imagine how difficult it must be for many of you who have invested years, if not decade(s) into this franchise.  Sadly, no signs of improvement anytime soon, I was delusional to think that "make or break" year actually meant something, oof.  I fully anticipate you'll have the privilege to donate more money on a monthly MUT subscription service, but that's merely speculation.  Perhaps I'll try again if/when the exclusive NFL license expires.

You are stronger for doing this, I myself have hung up my madden cleats until 2k is back on the scene. I love the game but I have spent way more money  than I should have. The first couple of weeks were hard, but then the cloud lifted and regret set in. Now I've gotten into Cyberpunk and other games I have let sit every year. I realized I have an addict personality, thank God I don't do drugs, hang in there, these days fly by, before you know it football season is over. Peace and Love

Because this is still happening to others, i'm bumping my own thread.  I finally sent my certified letter, but of course USPS failed to deliver it.  Seems i probably should have used big brown (UPS) instead of the US Postal Service.

Maybe you should have made sure the address and/ or zip code was correct.  USPS is the way to ship things.  Way cheaper than any other service.

I‘m dealing with a similar situation. I sent EA a Notice of Dispute over a month ago and still haven’t heard back from them.
