I'm a little low on coins right now, so the only way I could complete an unstoppable champion set today (to get the final upgrade for Derrick Henry) is to sell my 88 center Creed Humphrey AKA Country Strong along with 88 Gronk to buy a bunch of 87's for the set

I could get a 90 ovr Pitts to replace Gronk, and 88 ovr Kelce to replace Humphrey

just sell them do the set then sell the 90 from the set and buy a new tight end and center....
