What's best way to get the 30 interceptions??

Sit back and hope they throw it

The single best way to get ANY stats right now is to communicate with your MUT Champs opponent about cooperating to achieve desired outcomes.  I played one game on Saturday (which I "lost" 225-198) that knocked out every single MUT Champs stat other than total team tackles.  With interceptions, just ask the opponent to trade poorly thrown deep balls until you get there.  Maybe not all 30 for the milestones, but you get the idea...

I always see some punt safe man suggested for when this topic comes up. Personally, I've never had much success with it but that may just be because I'm bad at it.

Honestly, if I need interceptions I usually just play solo battles. I usually just try to get a big lead so the cpu tries to pass every play and then sit in cover 1 and hope I get interceptions. Also try to give the cpu the ball near the end of the 2nd and 4th quarter. Especially in the 2nd quarter give the cpu  yards so that it might go for a hail mary. I get a lot of my interceptions from hail marys. You can usually react fast enough with your user that you or one of your cpu teammatea get a pick.

I went with cover 2 man out of nickel normal in solo battles lately. Heavy blitzes out of that seem to be better for sacks, and zones just lead to the QB throwing it away rather than throwing a pick. The cover 2 man play seems to work as the perfect balance between the two when it comes to tempting the PC into throwing picks.

Onside kicks are also your friend, give them better field position and hope they chuck it deep to the end zone.

Punt safe man rarely works anymore. The best is to take a 21 point lead, so they pass every down, run mid blitz, press corners and send heat from the outside. They will usually always throw to outside reciever. If you have acrobat or pick artist on CB, it helps a lot. As well, score before the end of a half, kickoff out of bounds with 5 or less seconds. Run mid blitz but don’t press. Just rush the outside LB, QB will throw Hail Mary for the easy INT.   

as far as solos, AKA BWagz solos start you on defense in 4th quarter with a lead. Offense will throw it every down. Pick Rookie or medium difficulty and the InT come in bunches. But this is only good for non online stats InTs.

I run a man defense. Cover 1 nickel usually. I rush with d end but stop short of sacking or getting to close. Just enough to get him to hurry throw. Works  pretty good. This solo battles btw.

Yes, I do this too when I need to get yardage for dailies.

For interceptions, I play dime defense cover 2.  I haven’t experimented with a ton of different plays, but that seems to work very well for me.

Dollar cover 1 against cpu.  Control the blitzing sub lb and rush but don't sack the qb.  Cpu throws a lot of picks against this even on rookie.

The final AKA solo for Deion Sanders has the CPU throwing every down.   That is the best I've found.
