Missing Captain Token?

I did the two captain objectives today and got Crowder, but didn't get the captain token for the next level.

Anyone else missing one?

I think at most you can make an 89/85 after today

Oh strange, I thought it was 89/86 for some reason.

Nevermind! I figured out what happened.  I upgraded Crowder from the reward page, and then the token was missing off the next reward screen.
