Has anyone else had an issue with the main menu displaying “play new challenges“ instead of showing the new promos for the week?
I've had that happen. Not saying it shouldn't be fixed. But in terms of issues that madden has this doesn't even begin to come close to a priority issue for me

I had the opposite experience last season, where i'd never see any of the weekly promos and such. For the longest time I had no idea that these menus were supposed to be updating regularly as the content changed. Turns out, my network wide ad-blocker was treating all the MUT content as advertisements (which technically, they are) and it got stripped out entirely. Once a whitelisted a few EA domains, voila... it's back.
I am sorry I don't really know how to help resolve yer situation, but I'd check what DNS servers you are using and potentially try to change to something else. For example, if you're using your ISP provided DNS, maybe change to a free, public provider, such as Cloudflare (1.1.1.1 / 1.0.0.1) or Google (8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4), or could be something else entirely.
Not exactly what you would want, but perhaps this will guide you through: https://www.makeuseof.com/tag/change-dns-increase-internet-speed/

You’re right it’s a very minor thing, just annoying since I spend a lot of time on mut

Thank you brother. Gonna look into this & update you
anything else you can refer to help? It’s more than likely an ad blocker from my internet provider?

I'm sorry, i don't have enough information to guess what the actual problem might be, merely attempting to relay my own (opposite) experiences and how I ultimately discovered and resolved the situation.
You should be able to attempt either of the following:
- Manually adjust DNS servers directly on your router or internet provider's network gear (which may not do anything, or may resolve it immediately), I just gave a couple common examples for that folks use, being Google and/or Cloudflare. However, it's extremely difficult to make broad recommendations, as everyone has a unique internet and network setup
- OR perhaps try to change to custom DNS servers directly on your gaming console: https://www.makeuseof.com/how-to-change-ps5-dns-settings/
Both should basically achieve the same/similar result, or at the very least, rule out the random suggestion i'm making here. Sorry for the somewhat vague response, but DNS can be super finnicky. I would start with Option 2, fiddle with your console first, as you can potentially take down the entire internet for everyone in yer place if you start messing with your router. Hope that helps.

This was the greatest help I could’ve asked for boss, thank you & I’ll update! :)

Just coming back to this Patrick, it was either the privacy settings for my PS5 or EA. I turned both back on for advertising. Thanks brother

Glad you resolved that, thanks for hitting me back. Sorry i wasn't better equipped to help, was just making some wild guesses... i believe i had to re-enable those features, as well.
