Based on the hints it could be Simon Fletcher. Played in 3 super bowls, listed as 6'6" 240 on wikipedia. 97.5 career sacks

So ive found two players that come close to fitting the criteria so far. 

Charles Haley(6'5) (4 super bowls(XXIII, XXVI, XXVII, XXVIII, XXX)

Ted Hendricks(6'6)($ super bowls(V, XI, XV, XVII)

haley doesnt fit the height, and hendricks doesnt fit the weight, but these two are the only ones close at everything.

the card says he is 6’6 and 260 pounds so my guess is charles haley or ted hendricks, they’re closest to that height and weight

Jaelan Phillips fits the size and position. Suggs and Harrison were not 6ft6 unfortunately.
