Do they play better than actual safeties ? Because Krause at Fs does not make plays

If you play them in man coverage yeah, but they're still susceptible to in/out breaking routes just like safeties are. They're noticeably worse in zone coverage because moving them to S tanks their AWR by a lot of points. I play tested this by moving Deion to Safety since he can't press and whenever he was in a deep half he just kind stood around doing nothing.

Ty for the in depth response, damn I think I’m have to stick with Krause then cause I run zone all the time

this is some really in-depth information. i always felt like that with corners at safety.

If you run zone put Pick Artist on your safeties + Universal Coverage and you'll see a huge difference.

Theres no reason to have Krause on your field and not have deep out ko. its the best defensive ability itg rn outside of maybe lurk artist

I have JPJ running up top for me and he makes plays. I like his height and speed up there with the College Hero Chem activated. He has PA and Universal and once he activates shuts down the side he is on. I am typically in zone, but do run man to mix it up and Sean Taylor is a liability in man so he's my user. I haven't noticed a drop in awareness have an impact.  Tbh. 

With free season one legend this week I may get Woodson and have him up there instead.
