How can we see how many are left to earn

If you're asking how many of the top 1000 Fields are left, they've all been earned.

I believe it's impossible to have the other one legitimately. But if you want to have any chance at Kearse you'll need to be able to play on the first day he's available and relatively caught up on your objectives.
