This game is horribly bad! And they just continue to steal from us.
It isn’t stealing, you choose to buy the game

Exactly this lol
What happened now?
Holy hell, the sheer number of people who are so ready and willing to rush to the defense of a multi-billion dollar corporation that wouldn't piss on any of us if we were on fire is just appalling. It's okay to be critical of the things we love, that's vastly preferable to this delusional state the community tends to find itself/ourself in, oof.
This is why monopolies (even / especially in NFL fatball "simulation" video games) are bad, bad, BAD.

Nobody said anything about EA as a company nor defended them, and I'm sure they wouldn't. The point was that you said it was stealing. And I agree with them that nobody forced you to trade them money for a product. One could argue the product doesn't deliver, but it's the same issues every year and there aren't any excuses left to be unaware of it at this point. The game is what it is. But there is a pretty big difference there.

I didn't say that it was "stealing" that was all OP, however i also am not here to disagree. Charging us $80-100+ dollars for basically a roster upgrade and maybe some patches throughout the year isn't all that far off from being considered stealing. In fact, some might call it highway robbery.
And also, not everyone here has been playing Madden for decades. In fact, the last time I actually played Madden you were potentially just a twinkle in yer old man's nutsac. I'm old as dirt. Started tinkering with my 10 year old son during `22, as it was included with our Playstation+ subscription, then purchased `23 on sale during Black Friday for $35 -- this (`24) was my first cycle going into MUT from Day 1 and i was hyped. Only to get "banned" from auction house, because I was using the Companion App to buy & sell cards, which is now considered coin distribution according to EA Help. That is basically stealing from me. I'm probably going to have to ultimately take this to Binding Arbitration, as they refuse to correct errors from all these automated bans.

Ah yeah I dunno how I mixed you up with the OP, my bad there. I wouldn't call it stealing or robbery because awareness of expectations are fully set here, but it is sheer incompetence and possibly the type of thing that arguably could be covered by something similar to the lemon law in vehicle transactions but I'm far from keen on law. But at the end of the day there's no greater justice than who has the bigger bank account.

My bad didn’t know. Should I take it down? I don’t mind.

Sorry guys I didn’t mean actually stealing money from us cuz I decided to buy the game. I actually bought it a little later knowing how bad madden is lol. I mean stealing from us as in they know they can do whatever they want to help themselves but never to help us. All we ask for is simple stuff that they should be able to do but doesn't get done. I wonder why...

No need. I already removed it. Thank you though.

Yeah it's a shame that it goes this way. I haven't played since Madden 18 on PS4, decided to get back into it with the PC version...and I see a lot of the same issues. The game is slow and performs badly half the time to the point I basically play by trying to input everything about 0.5-1 second in advance...just like it was in M18 on the PS4. Both times I did everything anyone including EA can think of, and never experienced this issue with any other game. They always ignore this crap but if someone uses a glitch to their advantage that threatens their perceived corporate model, such as the superstar glitch, they're on it like a rabbit on a date. Amazing.
TL:DR, it's all about the money which is why they focus on selling digital packs and do nothing about gameplay issues or technical issues. I manage to still enjoy the game but moderation is definitely key here.
honestly its because they’re the monopoly. They can fix glitches that effect them within an hour but leave players who never received rewards or preorder points for weeks, but if you want to play a modern tech football game you have no where else to turn.
they are the market haha

Even though technically you’re correct, this makes you look like an EA fanboy. I’m not sure that’s what you’re going for?
