Help my AKA Deion X factor is never on to start the game

I know aka X factors are supposed to be on to start the game but my Deion never is. I have zone hawk xfactor and pick artist on him . When I play other people I see it so what am I doing wrong ?

Is that the AKA xfactor?

I think it's called Shutdown. you can't just put any xfactor on him to start

Only the specific AKA X-Factors for each AKA player (which cost 2-3 AP) start on, not jsut any X-Factor. 

PrimeTime's AKA  X-Factor is Shutdown, which costs 2 AP. This is the only X-Factor that will start on for him. 

The X-Factor you are using, Zone Hawk, is a normal X-Factor, thus it does not start on.
