Dashboarding on XBOX Series X

I have had this issue since madden 23. The game will freeze and boot me back to the Xbox dashboard doesn't do this to me on any other game...I thought maybe it was an internet connection so I hardwired. I have Verizon Fios 1GB is anyone else having this issue? It's so damn frustrating.

same thing happens to me all the time, gets me so mad but I dont think there's anything to do to fix it
