I dont know how to fix ea's exlcusive rights what I CAN do is help instruct people how to use skill and realism and STOP being the WORST community in gaming.
DO NOT USE EVER
- 3 man fronts - they have less than 5% usage in the nfl ( less than special teams) this includes dollar, 335 146 etc. UNTIL they give up a GAURENTEED MINIMUM 8 yards on EVERY run play ( bring back pancakes until they fix the ai) they will be literally cheating like they have been since m15.
- User hover - there is not an adjustment in the game to make your line/backs ignore the user. There NEEDS to be a blocking adjustment to block the user last, ie 5-0 on the line and the back on the user.
- Flip cheating on offense - if you need and explaination your beyond saving
Using this is refusing to use skill and is not cheating just scum and part of the problem.
- manual motioning on offense - breaks the AI the way for ea to fix this is to remove it or make every motioned wr become a smoke screen/lose thier original route.
- maunally dragging defenders your not going to user
- 2x2 tight formations - if you need and explaination your beyond saving
- bunch - if you need and explaination your beyond saving
- trips te or simmilar - until the run is realistic in this formation (hasnt been since m15) can call this offense without calling a single run or run rpo out of if it required
- stretch with 2 or more te to that side
- using the same play repeatedly
- putting a deep middle blue in cover 2. ( cover 2 should be better vs the pass vs cover 3 and has been ruined by ea since m15 but "inverted cover 3" can not be a thing unless ea fixes other things first.
What to do
- The things I mentioned are less than 10% of the plays in madden but it is all 95% of you spam.
- Be original
- Be realistic
- Call a variety of plays and formations
- Enjoy being the better player not winning. The majoirty of wins are not who is better (using anything in the top 2 sections forfeits your chance to be better)
- Execute realistic football concepts despite ea's best intentions
- Use a 50/50 theme team, Football isnt Football without strengths and weaknesses of a roster. God squads are a plague and limit the chance for real strategy and skill to take place. Because salary cap isnt a thing 50/50 is the only way to replicate this. ( it is possible to do without theme teams but being the worst community in gaming i trust none of you to do this properly without it)
- In general stop trying to beat a flawed ai. if it works vs everything or works everytime chances are high its glitching the ai.
Please do not respond or argue, Listen, Understand and comprehend. Actions speak louder than any words and even attempting to play skillful realistic football is more than 95% of this community is willing to do. Im sure i missed lots just threw this together quickly.
