What happened to Team Builders?

I’m waiting impatiently for Team Diamonds, but in the meantime how are we this deep into Season 2 without a refresh on Team Affinity type cards? 

Is it that hard to drop 32 87s or 88s to help out the TT players and give us a profit opportunity for binder trash?

Feels like the community expectations have been shattered so consistently that we barely react when basic parts of MUT aren’t materializing.
