lets say i enter all 750 gg points and i win do i get my 750 points back? would i be at 2750 or just 2000 thanks

also when your in a auction are you allowed to edit what you bid lets say i bid 600 and im the winning bid by 50 can i change to like 560 and still win?

No.

i would not advise you buying 75 tickets for 2,000 gg points cuz you could buy all 75 and still lose and end up with nothing lol. trust me ive done it before

Because, for example, if they listed a MF Chase on auction and I was the first to bid and I were to bid 6,969 gg points no one else bids, then I will effectively get the card for like 1 gg point because I was the only bidder, so under you original question, I would just go down to slightly above the highest bid, which since I'm the first bidder, would be 0.

I only put a ticket in per raffle. GG Point raffles are the only ones I participate in.

Once you place your bid it stands until someone bids higher. That's how an auction works.
