Is there an easy way to move up your deep safeties so they aren’t so far off the line and don’t drop so deep? They are so far away from the play.

You have to manually move them or call a double safety blitz to have them automatically walk down into the box and then adjust from there
That sucks. was hoping there was a way to just shift them up 5 yards or so
As stated above, try coming out in this type play then audible to your actual defense. Small chance it may preserve the Safeties being positioned up in more of a blitz / run defense. It kind of works the way you are asking, but isn't perfect. Ultimately depends on what you audible to. Annoying AF, fo`sho. 😡
Should operate similarly from any double safety blitz package. On a side note, try to figure which Zone schemes tend to have Safeties in actual run fits.

Dollar was op last year. I'm hearing it's not the same this year. do you run it pretty consistent ?
it's even worse when your safeties need to play man from blitzing, you have to manually put them in position or they will leave TE/HB too open, so dumb...

good info - and good points will need to look more closely at safety blitzes and audibling back to normal plays
Show blitz brings them closer most of the time

I just this past week started running primarily Dollar, but DB Fire 2 remains top tier, IMO. I was with you, believing that four down lineman would generate much more organic pressure this year, however you can blitz your USER to simulate (for the game) that you're still going to rush four, thereby granting the improved pass rush odds.
Pinch the line (or entire defense) to help against the run, back off your corners, especially outside, so they don't get cooked when pressing, voila. I often put one of my blitzing slot corners into straight up man to man. Spinner also great, but DO NOT PRESS from spinner.
This defense took me to a Superbowl in Monster Madness or whatever it's called, just this weekend, although I mucked it up and lost to an inferior opponent, oof. So no 15k Treats, but WAY better than I had been playing.
that sux you lost my friend. i was blessed by the MUT gods and the person i was playing quit before the super bowl even started. 15k treats so lucky i couldn't believe it.

base align (Y then right on left stick)Xbox
show blitz ( Y then left on left stick )Xbox
base align (Y then right on left stick )Xbox I imagine it’s the same on PlayStation except triangle in stead of Y
it doesn’t work on all plays but I use it on various cover 4 quarters plays.
it walks up the safety and corners when you show blitz but on the second base align the corners back off. Now it doesn’t walk them all the way up like the safety blitz plays but it walks them up about 5 yards or so. Try it out in practice mode On different plays and see what happens. Hope this helps.
