Lurk Artist?

I seem to get much better results using Lurk Artist in zone defense...it has worked in M2M....but zone seems to have better results.  I don't think the ability is overpowered by any stretch (like all the abilities...there is a lack of consistency), but for 1 AP...I'm running it on two MLBs and would go to three if I didn't think the other two are waaaaaay overpriced.

Is it available on PS4 because I have Bernard but it doesn't show the ability for lurk artist

I don't think Lurk Artist is on old gen. All the abilities that got added in the season 2 update are current gen only. Unfortunately, it means linebackers aren't as good on old gen as they are on current gen.

I’m so glad I read this. I was strongly considering getting Robinson (price tag is bonkers).

Lurk artist is by far the best defensive ability you can get IMO. Makes linebackers like they are safeties with pick artist for 1 AP. Pair that with inside stuff in a 4-3 and it's game over

I've played 25 games in squads the last 4 days and have not noticed a difference between a lurk artist LB and sub Safety in coverage 

They did excel at stuffing the run with the use of a LB though!

Pick/lurk artist both still drop picks, they help a little but things are more a crapshoot, which in turn feels more realistic.

have people noticed that pic artist makes a difference at all ? not sure how big a difference between lurker / lurk artist ?

I actually did watch some pic animations from Dave that looked legit

I have 2 cards that have Lurk artist  Luke Kuechly and Crowder and BOTH are missing the ability in their slots.  Idk what's going on I mean Luke has the lurker ability and pick artist separately but not the combination for Lurk Artist. And my 90 Crowder doesn't have the option for anything but basics.  The lag has been so bad since update season 2 it's unbearable on top of 500k cards missing abilities?!  Idk but anyone else having issues for weeks now like 20+ days and EA won't do jack but PlayStation contacted me and troubleshooted their end and mine it's not them it's on EAs end 100%  yet new content pumps out AND NOTHING ELSE MATTERS APPARENTLY. Have a Happy Halloween 👻🎃 everyone. Sorry for the book I typed it's just frustrating as u all know.

New 87 OVR Luke Legends appears to get LurkArtist, at sub 100k don't snooze on that if you have the ability to scoop him.

Looks to be the best ability value in the entire game at 1AP. Pick Artist alone is twice that cost.

What console? It's next/current Gen ability only. PS5, etc.

Last generation consoles do not get these. Just finally unplugged the PS4 Pro, sucks to do that, til I can find it a new home.

No Lurk Artist on old gen

That would be because old gen doesn't get Lurk Artist. It's a next gen only ability.

on current gen that ability isn't on Channing crowder, and I have him max how can I fix it.

For some weird reason if you don’t have a new version of a Xbox you can’t get lurk artist of player and since I use Xbox one which is not the newest for madden 24 I can’t have access to certain abilities. If anyone know what my problem is please DM me thank you

EA said they wouldn’t be updating the old consoles with any of the new abilities this year

There are a handful of abilities that are new to the game in Madden 24 and they are only available if you have a newer console.
