Pick Artist DB Ability

I'm on old gen.. I always use Lurker or Deep Zone ability for DBs cause I'm in zone 98% of the time.. Ive seen that most of yall will use Pick Artist instead for the DBs.. Does it make that big of a difference for them? It says better catching, but does that mean they won't drop as many or is it that they'll intercept balls that they wouldn't normally?

I run PA on the safeties I play back. It definitely helps with drops. I’d run it on everyone if I could.

I'm also on old gen.  I only use Lurker on my MLB (currently Devin White) who I user in  3-4 Odd, 43 Even 61, and Nickel formations.  I wouldn't run lurker on anything but my user.  I try to have Pick Artist on all my DBs... but since we only have 7 AP... and I feel Inside Stuff on GraveDigger is a must have that only leaves me with room to put it on a single DB.  I have it on Night Train and he has made some insane interceptions on the outside... he jumps routes and gets animations I haven't seen from anyone else this year.

I don't think that DBs with Pick Artist drop less balls... but rather it gives them a chance at these pick animations.

no I don't think it does, it did before this update when DBs dropped everything, but now that it's back to how it was before I don't think pick artist makes a big difference at all...
