I have noticed differences in releases but I don't think it is the only thing that people should be looking at and that people pay attention to release too much at times. Traits and stats matter as well. 

GS does make a noticeable difference though (it has for me at least). I recommend it, but if what you're currently doing with your QB (ability-wise) has been working fine for you then there's no real reason to switch things up.

I don't know how much of franchise carries over to MUT, but as soon as theres an anthony richardson card that can get HRM, I'm at least buying him to try him it out. I traded for him in franchise and I love his release so much, hopefully he gets a harvest card or something. Seems like the rookies aren't really getting a lot of cards this year, which sucks. 

The worst part for me is that even if they do get a card, it's probably a TOTW card, and for some reason TOTW cards are basically always a tier under the best cards in the game. I don't run the best cards in the game because im NMS but im not inclined to make a big purchase on a top rated card, just to have it be worse than another card I could buy for 1/2 the coins.

So depends on preference for most since they're not 100%equal.

if you have it on a defensive player does it still impact offensive players ?

good observation, had no idea homer has a stronger impact than indoor baller, was using homer, then swapped to indoor baller since I thought they would have same impact... now will switch back to homer

i LOVE HRM but tbh if my qb doesnt get hrm then next best for me is TE apprentice since id run a lot of corner routes whether it was with TE apprentice or HRM. Overall tho id keep HRM at all costs

That's what I thought. Picked him up, been using HRM, GS, GW, and SFL on him (not difficult to activate at all so far even without Homer). Idk if it's just me but his release just doesn't feel as fast as Allen's release did even though both QBs have the same release.

100% agree. I went back to allen from lamar and actually liked it. Troy A feels different.
