Usually I just streak my outside wr’s but lately they’ve been jetting jammed and it’s an insta sack. How else can I beat these guy who send 5-6 every time?

Quick routes (Texas) to RB, bubble screens with a strong blocking WR on the outside for the bubble, out routes with the near receiver/TE when the safety is 10-15 off, RPO’s out of shotgun, or inside run plays if they’re blitzing from the outside just make sure you have a quick pulling lineman, TE, or FB to block the MLB on an inside gap at the second level

this^. it depends what formation they're running, but a good place to start is 2 receivers on drag routes, a quick dump off to the RB, or running up the middle. Its definitely frustrating but i usually do a mix of these plays and see what works and adjust from there
block an extra guy in the backfield (RB) or tight end and run streaks/slants/zig route combo with the other three receivers. One of them will get open. Just have to make quick reads.
I have had alot of luck w/ man blitzes lately, I have been running this mesh play w/ a hb wheel route, bengals playbook has 2 of them, if they get to you just a little fast you can run mesh out of tight slots and hit that hb route 1 play td if they don't user it, if they get to you superfast you can single back wing tight mesh block the left drag, the right route that goes over the middle and just leave that left wr and right te drag w/ the wheel route, if they user user the rb you can hit that drag, if they don't user the rb it's a 1 play td.
usually in man blitzes that HB is where you wanna go or some type of drag, if you have enough time and they don't shade properly you can hit a corner route.
