They never do. Dude, they went MONTHS ignoring/not even acknowledging people who didn't even get the stuff THEY PAID EXTRA 30-40 dollars for at launch. And THATS literally blatant stealing/fraud. They just dont care. Dont even bother PRETENDING to care. They certainly couldnt be bothered with some kind of first world problem like this.

Now, if something was giving out free 91 ovrs or coins to players, theyd fix it in an hour. Not exaggerating, they did it last month on a thursday night at like 11 pm with a moments notice. That should tell you all you need to know.

Got a BS reply from support as though I had messaged them about the game freezing. This company is horrible. Just another yearly reminder we all wasted our money on the game

Chatted with EA support about this:  Can’t post the screen shot but I quote

”After many complaints about this, EA is working on an uodate with a fix for those affected  and to wait for further communication on when it has been implemented.”

Pretty much what they told me about my madden points and I’m still hearing crickets on when that 2nd wave is supposedly going out. It’s honestly ridiculous that they literally are holding something we paid for. Some other stuff I can chalk up to EA being EA but to withhold madden points even tho they absolutely know who is affected at this point and they just dont care. After 5 pm ET on a Monday and WHAT THE HELL reason is for MY SOLO BATTLES being down?I never once asked anyone to take these down for any reason. Pure BS move 100% with only 9 days left to max out the pass.

Simple.  It’s EA. It’s what’s expected. 
 

They screw us every single year and we continue to support them.  This was my break away year because 2k was supposed to have an option, well, we see how that worked out cuz here I am.

It may be useless, still I suggest email the nfl EVERY week or everyday with each individual example, or a summary of them.  Just copy and paste it after you write it the first time ( and of course can keep adding issues as ea brakes things ).  The NFL may not care as long as ea pays them.  

However there is always a chance they will actually feel it is a crime to steal from paying NFL fans the way EA does.  Then there are the bugs and issues that are never addressed.  I cannot believe that they actually know the extent of the problems ea has every year.  What is worse is the way they blatantly ignore game breaking bugs - ie solo battles, or the welcome packs, strategy items never given out.

In addition it couldn't hurt to let you state reps know about the fact that you paid for ingame content and never received it.  They would love an excuse to fine the hell out of any business, this is a legitimate reason.

I know it seems crazy to think that either state reps or the nfl would care about getting emails, but they do pay attention to volume.  If they are suddenly getting 100s or 1000s of complaints they will look into it.  Also these gov reps want publicity.  They want to make a their name know, going after EA would do that for them.
