If I move on from XBox 1 to XBox Series S do I keep all the progress I have made in MUT?
Sadly this year you do not you have to start all over again.
Slammer is correct your team won't transfer. Just want to add that, if you got any pre order bonuses when you bought the game they're supposed to transfer. But, I've seen reports of people never getting them on their second console so don't expect much.

Correct, you won’t get the points. In fact the old gen loaded on my X console and I lost my preorder points. Fortunately I did get my RP players. But leveling wise, everything starts over.
But to the original post, I’d recommend doing it while were still before Thanksgiving. Much better experience.
Do it. Wish I woulda sooner.
you won't keep your stuff unfortunately, but the sooner you do it the sooner you can start the rebuild. plenty of people start mid/end of year so I wouldn't worry about it too much.
Thank you for your answers. It’s painful waiting for a game in Squads on XBox 1. No problems for H2H, but I am an average player, but I prefer Squads.

I was able to receive my 4600 pre-order points across both systems (PS5 & PS4 Pro), however the actual in-game progress does NOT transfer. You would basically be starting over as everyone else has already pointed out.
That being said, beyond perhaps the Micah Parsons S1 freebie from the Twitch stream, are there really any other cards you'd truly miss over the long haul? It sucks to start fresh, but you'll be caught up in no time. Don't wait, make that leap... will be a serious inconvenience for a bit, but your future self will thank you for making the leap to current-gen consoles. It's a very different game, IMO. Still a mess, but vastly improved and what little dev resources are being devoted to this game, they almost exclusively go to adding new/current-gen content. Last gen remains an afterthought, unfortunately.
Good luck! I actually just started a brand new account for my 10 year old son this weekend as i've been fighting for months trying to get his PSN account linked up (with his EA account). Finally just gave up and started him a freshy. YMMV, but i found the Solo Challenges to be a somewhat relaxing grind. Almost considered making a post to inquire which the best rewards would be for anyone starting fresh. Have fun, be safe.

Current gen seems to have zero defense and Solo Battles are down. I've played both and this year (with the menu fix) I prefer old gen.
