Kind of a weirdly specific question, Lott or Alstott?

Who would be a bigger impact/more noticeable upgrade? Alstott over Ingold or Lott over AKA Ed Reed? 

For context I user FS 80- 90 percent of the time and as for the other side of the ball I do run the ball alot usually (though I HAVE been passing more since getting Aikman), often with a FB on the field/lead blocking and he would def at times see passes his way and even the occassional fb dive etc

So who would be the bigger upgrade/impact? Any thoughts or reviews on either player in general welcome too. Thanks

I put Lott at SS with the Hawk at FS. Both of these players are so similar you wouldn't notice too much difference.

Alstott is a bit better than Ingold but not a crazy amount. 

Neither of these upgrades as is will make a big difference. Sorry to say.
