Unfortunately I think we all know how this is going to end. Absolutely nothing will be done on their end until the reset on Friday. The "we are looking into the issue" was just to placate people for a couple more days and this was their plan to address the problem all along. Just wait it out.
There will be no make rights for anyone affected. We will all permanently lose progress on all three passes and miss out on the higher quality rewards. After the reset Friday, you'll never hear a word from EA again on it.
I say this because this is exactly what has happened in the past. SB's have disappeared before. Dailies have not tracked progress for weeks. The list goes on. They don't care and consider it too much work to sift through who missed out on what. If you bought a bundle and didn't get what was promised that is another story, but purchase of the game alone only entitles you to be trampled over time and time again.
