Pressure from 335 cub

Hi guys

Its been years i ve been using 335 cub in madden. And this year im still using it with linebackers in outside positions (coverage linebackers). I mainly run cov3 and cov4 match styles. But im really strugglin gettin pressure to the qb. I get i rush 3 (my 3 dline), so i wont have insta sack but damn sometimes opposing qb has like 5/6/7 seconds in the pocket. My 3 dlinemen are (Williams and free Adonald and White) with unpredictable. How do you think i can improve this? New players? New abilities? How to set my d line? Thanks guys

Rushing more than 3 is the biggest improvement you can make. It's my understanding that the way the game is coded your opponent will have all day to throw if you rush 3 or less. The moment you rush 4 or more you can actually get decent pressure. 

if you only want to rush 3, perhaps try changing your user's assignment to blitz and act like your blitzing for a second and then drop back into coverage. That may be enough for the game to consider you rushing 4 and you'll get decent pressure.

3 man rush ain't it anymore. But can magically stop the run

Yes bro. Thanks for helpin. I noticed that when i send 4 i can get more pressure... The second option ive tried many times but doesnt really work, cause in the end you still have just 3 rushers.

The reason why it works from time to time is that it messes with the blocking AI and silly things will happen.

I put bruce smith in 3 man line w/ abilities and get pressure daily, I typically shift to his side or make sure I have some type of shift instead of just rushing them str8, 4 is better but 3 definately works on gun/pass type plays. if they are just running constantly then nah, switch to something else, but it does OK w/ the run if you can shoot the gap.
