How to check BND??

Is there a way to tell for sure if a card is BND?

Obviously it tells you in the bottom right hand corner of the card but it says BND if the card is in your lineup or equip with an ability. 
 

Is there a way to check with out removing the player from your lineup and removing abilities?

You dont need to take off from lineup but you do need to take off the training

ahh. No way aground keeping the training on I’m assuming?
