As other people have said on your thread, wait until Harvest promo at this point. 1.7 isn't a whole lot right now and u can make some coins and get some deals during the Harvest promo.

The other person's suggestion was to put Travis Kelce at WR instead of buying one now

Buy Alec ingold (he's like 50k) and then put kelce at receiver and use Graham at TE.

A good backup TE if you don't have any more depth would be someone like the 86 davis (30k) who has decent speed and catching stats or if you want a starter to replace him Gronk (120-130k) is really good with great blocking stats and good catching.

Like other people have said though you can wait for the harvest before making these decisions

Edit: Only other thing I would suggest is a better safety

Hold off on upgrades for now and just try to stack coins, blitz is next week and when people start undercutting each other to sell their teams the crash before the crash is the better crash. at that point, I'd look to grab a WR maybe 89 keenan allen is a good budget option, a better edge rusher, and upgrade hickman, older cards even higher overall are usually kind of slow
