Seems like time is running out and I and I assume others won’t be able to get the rewards we we’re trying to go after , so I was wondering if anyone knew what EA was going to do to make up for this ?

Sweep it under the rug lol per usual. Would be a good if they give out some free rewards or packs but we’ll see.

So, I just got a pack appear in my inventory and it said “customer service grant.” It’s an 88 BND All-Madden fantasy pack.
I emailed help yesterday because of my frustration with solo battles. After I got the pack, I went to my email and didn’t see any kind of response from EA. I went to look at my field passes and I’m at the same spot I was. So, they didn’t just advance me.
Weird. Anyone else get this? Any idea what it might be from? i went and looked and my solo battles are still screwed up.

There should have been a make right for them being down last week. I know they upped the reward points but that doesn’t help if they are down for you this week. The easiest thing to do would be to give everyone a 91 BND AM pack. I know some people are missing out on the second legend in the CP as well. Not really sure what to do with that as the CP level that players are on will vary.

Yeah, I definitely will have missed out on finishing Season and All-Madden passes. Would have finished those easy the past few days. But I can’t play solos, so…
I am at like 30-something on the comp pass. dont think I would have made it to Kearse, but missed a lot of other stuff, including that AKA pack.

My educated guess is that they will do nothing. This error is going to cause me to come short of the final AM reward. This happened to me with a promo earlier in the year as well.

They got some smart folks working there...so...they should be able to figure out a way to calculate what the average CP points a player per week for the entire year (or as long as that player has been playing this year)...add on some...lets say 25% for frustration...and then grant everyone the rewards that number would take them to. I would think they could figure this out easy.

Theres no way that they give any all madden packs, as you can simply just play h2h. That's what I did and It's been pretty fun and also much faster wins wise as people quit often.

I'm a HUGE football fan but I must say here lately I've been losing a lot of interest in this game quickly. Content has just been subpar imo & EA just hasn't done enough to keep me playing. Been playing a lot of the Metal Gear Solid collection & soon MW3 & Spiderman 2 . & with the ongoing issues I'm sure a lot of other ppl will be moving on with all the other new Fall/Wnter releases.

Hard to say what EA will do. I think the most likely options for make rights are EA boosting solo battles cp again in the next pass or ea granting some reward to everyone. Hard to say though I can also see there being no make rights

Sadly, I don't think it's related to the comp pass. I think it's because at one point the 88 BND all-madden fantasy pack only had the 88s from release 1 when it should have also had the 88s from release 2
