Could someone tell me which strategy item (man or zone) is best to use with match coverage since match is a zone coverage play that turns to man.

Both are useful. It just depends on the coverage stats of your CBs which boost is going to be more impactful. I'd go with whichever one gives you more players with 90 man and 90 zone
