I’ve seen several prominent MUT players talk about “Blitz“ coming next Thursday. Can someone fully explain what that is to me?

It's a money promo.  They'll have store offers that you can buy with money.  You get tickets with each purchase you make.  They will have top cards that you can redeem your tickets for.
