You have to have Playstation Plus to play head to head, been this way for years. Full year is best value by far.

Does the Pre-Order Deluxe Version of Madden 24 include the Playstation + or access to solo battles?
I did not have access, so I used wallet funds for Playstation + so that I could play solo battles, but never got an answer to my question.

To my knowledge no version of the game comes with ps+. You have to purchase playstation plus separately.
