My twitch account and Ea account is linked, I watched all 3 hours, have the packs and woolen claimed in my rewards on twitch(which says game is connected) and still haven’t gotten my Woolen or packs yet…

Probably not but it is a little concerning if you haven't received them by now. I got all of mine when I logged into mut. Were you playing mut during the stream? For some reason, rewards usually take longer to show up if you're playing mut and claiming the drops than if log in after you claimed the rewards.

Hopefully, they show up soon

Got mine. I’m sure you took all the right steps but you probably made an error. Today GMM is streaming at 10:30 am eastern. I suggest streaming to collect a twitch pack. If you get your twitch pack, you’ll know it was correctly linked. If you don’t you’ll know it wasn’t. If it isn’t, logout from all accounts, and start from beginning.

Log into EA on the same device and make sure that is the account ur using on your console.

This happened to me with the Parsons MCS drop but was ultimately resolved about a week later. I went into my Twitch account to double check that my email was linked properly. To my surprise I found that a completely random email was linked... it looked like something computer generated... for example... b2704wmg3k91 @ gmail.com

I changed it back to my original email and within a few hours I received not only my MCS drops but all my missing Twitch drops for the previous month that never showed up. Since then it has not been a problem so you may just want to go back into Twitch and check that everything is as you intended.
