According to this tweet they have. I never lost solo battles so I can't confirm

Everyone is. It’s not registering on the 3/3 daily to push it into the daily counter. It’s saying 1/3 even tho it shows all 3 done. This is for everyone. But my solos were down all last week from Sunday to Friday and I didn’t get anything. Just like I thought, they’d mess it up
