MCS Twitch Drops Issues

I watched all 3 hours of the mcs harvest stream but I didn't get my drops or packs, I connected my account but it never gave me my rewards

I too, claimed all the packs and didn’t get my Woolen. When EA messes up like this you just gotta accept you’ll get nothing. Sucks, but it’ll drive you crazy relying on this company
