best strategy?

which strategy do you guys like to use for offense and defense?

I run mostly a man defense, so i was thinking either man coverage, play rec or block shedding

for offense i was thinking catch in traffic or release

unless you run something different that's noticeable i'd appreciate whatever you find most helpful

All can be good…..depends on what you are trying to do.  I’m liking +3 release.   Renders press coverage extremely vulnerable.

I (and most others) run something on Offesne to boost thp on the QB. In D I would recommend boosting zone or man depending on what you run more of

the new QB one is what I'd use on offense, just not enough out there yet, the +3 PRC on defense...

+3 to MCV or ZCV depending on defense. For offense, DRR or MRR

With you on defense. I’m a THP guy for offense.

I think it helps the AI, can give all my LBS +4 PRC which is solid, another +1 w coach item, I use LBs at DE most of the time, +4 PRC for Derrick Brooks and Ray Lewis when I don't user them probably makes difference, some rating don't make a big difference if already >/= 90
