I submitted a ticket and got the typical “wait 24 hours” kick back email. 

Everything about this game is broken. They literally cannot do anything right other than pick players’ pockets.

I've gotten 20 wins, no pack rewards but I got the Harvest XP and coins

I’m legit only playing house rules to get a leg to upgrade Sweat. I guess I’m stopping at 14 games until this gets fixed.

I did the same thing and my head 2 head seasons are glitched too not allowing me to go to playoff it just counts as one game everytime been like this for a week

That’s what I get for not checking the forums. Grinded out 15 wins today and didn’t get the stupid token so came here and found this. 
 

It will legit be next week before they fix this. The EA offices are 100% empty right now.
