Did Madden ever get to a 99???

I just checked on my lineup  he's still  89.....did he get to 99 at all today?

Brother. The company that was designed after him can't even honor his memory properly. To me that's just as bad as the massive amount of issues they've had with the game in general. It's almost criminal. As a football fan for over 45 years this is really, really bad. stuff :(

In my minds eye he got 99 overall but then I saw him crawling out from his grave and headed to EA HQ to feast on the souls of those who did him and the game in his honor wrong. But then I realized I was just day dreaming after eating too much food on Thanksgiving Day.

John Madden you deserve so much better of a tribute than EA has giving you.

EA doesn’t care about John Madden, they’re just using his name and likeness to make money, as they try to do with all legends of the game, at the lowest possible cost.

He’d be rolling in his grave if he realized what this game has become…

EA has a specialty group of scientists and devs that are dedicated to making MUT as addictive as possible through pack animations and  leveling up through thousands of hours of playing.

When players are agreeing to spend an hour or more letting eachother score 100-200 points just so they can level up for a free pack or player, that’s when I realized this game is done.

Good riddance EA.. Hopefully the NFL realizes the 2/10 average rating of the game over the last 10+ years means they need to get 2k back in the fold for an NFL simulation game.

He is now, BUT you have to pay for the training upgrade for him to hit 99. Lasts until the 27th. So lose half the training for a player that'll stiill get ran over and play like his 87 card.

Luckily I just bumped up to like 70K training in anticipation of ZC presents :)

Yeah he is now and only costs 20 Training if yo have his 88 until Mon 27th
