No. I believe you can hold them and it will roll up indefinitely.

Unless I missed something, no. Should be able to use it on any future legends release as long as you haven't opened the pack

My guess is pack is good until Ultimate Legends (if) comes out (provided you have not opened it yet). But...could be wrong.

No 100% not you can hold the tokens until the Very Last Legend drop if you choose to. It is what I did last year and they Update every Saturday. Just keep saving your tokens and don't do the set until the last drop(These top at 96 ovr) so we still have a ton yet and you'll have enough tokens to get 2-3 Full Legends

Yeah after I used my first legend set I counted the remaining tokens and you’re able to get another 16. So by the end we’ll be able to get 2 full legends with the tokens
