H2H Season glitched - won't end

I am not sure when the problem started for me because I've been grinding solos and both House Rules most of this week.  I started playing Champs today and it only shows the latest game result in slot 1 of the "Results" display.  I ended up finishing 20-2 (which shows as my "Current Record") but only slot 1 lists my last game played.

I moved onto Seasons and that's the same way.  It shows my "Current Record" as 5-0 but only the latest game is displayed... and it still says 3 Losses to Elimination and 4 Wins to Playoff Berth.  

The stats and wins are tracking in the Comp Pass.  

On the Seasons Leaderboard I'm still showing as #22 but all my wins, losses, and stats are gone.  In the top 100 there's four of us like this... so it's not a completely widespread issue but it's happening to enough of us that hopefully EA will do something.

I play the current gen version on ps5. So it would seem it doesn't matter what version of the game you have. This could happen to anyone.

I first noticed something was up on Friday. After I finished a solo battle, I saw DNF where the score normally is. I double checked my comp pass to make sure my stats counted and they did. So I thought it was strange but whatever it's not like score matters for solos anymore.

It wasn't until later when I played my second game of champs that I knew I had the glitch.

The reason I brought up solo battles thing is because I think the two issues are related. This may be a way to ID more people with the glitch if they don't play h2h. Though I may be wrong about this as I haven't seen anyone else mention it.

Hopefully there's some sort of make right for this because there absolutely should be since people are missing playoffs and super bowls because of this

Both of my H2H seasons were in progress when season 3 started. Idk if that had anything to do with it.  XSX game version.  it’s ridiculous that it takes them this long to fix something so game breaking. If seasons were giving out double rewards it’d be patched in an hour.

Exactly...  it always amazes me how fast they hop on glitches that benefit the community.

Any updates from anyone?  Mine are still broken.

Happened to me too, any fixes?

I am 14 games deep now. The plus is I get 5k for Legend wins in perpetuity and can quit out of games with no consequences. The minus is no season/playoff coin bonuses and no trophy packs. 

Though about switching to All Madden seasons but I’m afraid that will be glitched out too.

my regular season, all madden and mut champs are all glitched. 3 weeks running now

Contacted EA help again today and they told me this isn’t a bug lmao. these guys are absolutely useless. they ask for such weird details just to turn around and say theres been no reported issues please sit tight

I cant believe this still isnt fixed.. We literally can't get any rewards from playing h2h seasons

one benefit is your mut champs is currently endless. you can get 20 wins with as many losses as you want. 

easy free CP, in all honesty no one can complain because we are missing out big time on season rewards

last week i was 19-6, realised i could play more so i went 20-6 for that 45 CP

I personally would rather get my Trophy packs from winning Superbowls in h2h seasons than 45 CP lmao

MUT Champs is a joke anyway and  there is no point in playing h2h seasons if you aren't getting any rewards

Yeah the extra 45 cp nice for people like myself who aren't good enough to regularly win 20 games but it's nothing compared to the rewards from playoffs and super bowls.

I do wonder what a makeright for this would look like. Do they give you a super bowl rewards for every 8 games or so you played? Probably wishful thinking on my end. I know realistically EA might fix this and they'll be no make rights for those affected

My seasons are now tracking again

This worked for a total of one season.  Season finally ended and was onto the next.

After 2 games into the next H2H season it froze up again.  Was hopeful this would be a fix, apparently it wasnt :(
