best spots to improve? I have about 150k-200k to work with. thinking either OL or CB. any specific players?

Definitely CB. I would do the TOTY solos and see if you can get Denzel Ward or Patrick Surtain, they won't go with your theme team but they'll be much faster than your current corners. And if you don't pull a corner then see if you can get o-line
