What do you believe is the best coach strategy to have right now

In your opinion which would be best to have right now

Find a player on your team that is just below a threshold (e.g., a CB with 88 zone), then find the strat card that gets him to a threshold (+2 ZCV)

As above, find a threshold one or more of your players is just under. 

For example, I used Mike Vrabel (+1 FNM) to get J Randle to 90 FMV threshold. you can find info on thresholds online

I dont know if it really matters but I have +1 Man Cov, Zone, and Press... Then +1 Zone for coach and +1 Man for hybrid. I'm all about stopping the pass... But again... No idea if it matters

Fantastic question, although i very much believe this is both scheme and player / roster specific.  The above advice about finding specific players that are close to important thresholds is fantastic.  I bounce around between +1 MCV, +1 ZCV (although i accidentally used this one in a set, doh) and +1 BSH.

However, getting Dexter Lawrence to 95 Block Shedding didn't seem as profound as i had hoped.  Broadly speaking, i try to invest as much as possible into my secondary, as it's a passing league after all.  Based on that i prioritize coverage stats, either Zone or Man can't hurt.  Trying to hit those magic 90 thresholds are super important in coverage.

So am 86-89 rating is all the same, but 90 makes a big difference?

Theres a resource for the breakdown on this site sonewhere im sure someone will post it but the general thing I remember is like only every five rating points matter. For example an 80-84 is all the same and 85-89 is all the same, 90-94 all the same etc there may be a few exceptions but thats the main thing I remember.

If they are at 90 no point  in getting it to 95 man or zone threshold max is 90 this year
