Is Tank Dell (from blitz) only temporary?

Didnt notice/realize when I bought him he has some matthew berry boost. Hes a 91 ovr right now with good stats for an undersized slot type. Are his ratings only temporary and if so by how much and for how long? I cant find anything specific about it int he game or on the player database here either. Thanks guys.
