You get a choice of three of those potential "Turducken" players which can be fully upgraded.  I managed to get all of mine maxed out; Trent Brown, Kyle Juszczyk and Arden Key (Niners Theme Team, if that wasn't already obvious), but it took a total of 45 House Rules wins, plus maxing out the Harvest promo.  Sorry i'm not clear on the exact rules and rewards, but hopefully you can learn more from the Hungry Turducken Player descriptions here: https://www.mut.gg/news/harvest-part-1-patrick-mahomes-patrick-surtain-ii-ltd-joey-porter-and-more-mut-24/
