So, if there are cards that you can only get from packs, but have no sets or solos, can this be considered a “promo”. Just asking because we’ve never really had a promo like this and now we’ve had 2 within 2 weeks, rather than actual content?

Part 2 - can cards not be considered “LTD” if you can only pull them out of packs with a 3% chance of pulling them?

I thought this company was a joke last year, and look at them now - a total 3 ring circus……

Theyve done this type of program in the past. Thats why I say dont use promo for every release, its just the big ones with passes. Prior AM was like this. Current Cover Athletes are like this. etc.

LTD qualifications are that they are in packs for 48 hours only. Even if its a low chance to pull one if theyre in packs for the whole year then they arent LTD. LTD also get redux as well.
