I needed to win two more Champs games last night so I figured why not try out OOP Josh Allen.

It took one play to highlight that gameplay is on death’s doorstep. I came out in dime normal and ran the cover 3 that looks like a cover 2 but the linebacker (Allen) is actually the deep middle blue. I usered one of the middle zone safeties just to see what Allen would do.

All he did was sprint back 40 yards from the line of scrimmage and snatch the cover 2 beater deep post like it had been handed to him.

What’s passing going to look like in a week or two when a WR (Mike Evans), a juiced 6’5” QB and Ted Hendricks or Isaiah Simmons SS’s are picking off every ball that moves?

Depending on who you play against.

The 99%'rs will keep trying those bombs but with sideline and out routes sprinkled in on 3rd and 4th downs to get more cracks at the bombs.

The 1%'rs will small ball them into oblivion forcing the Opponent to make tackles.

you are in dime that's what supposed to happen, the real problem is not having the run game just destroy dime, that's terrible coding on EA's part, nobody should be able to come out & just play dime all game like that and have it be overpowered like that, which is the reason why everybody does it, exploiting coding basically.

This exactly. Almost every single game is 3 DLs……two of which are normally LBs.….and 8 DBs or 7 DBs with one LA LB with 94 speed. A defense which shuts down heavy set runs and dumbs out at least 2 blockers per play. And best of all is the obvious coding that causes lead blockers to ignore the user. Guessing EA has to do that to keep the competitive cheesers happy while also convincing average players that they must be the greatest users ever.
