His stats are good but his OVR is so low, just makes no sense to me
Cards don't always play to their ratings, I've been using the 82 Sam LaPorta TOTW as my TE 2 and he always has crazy separation and catching in H2H.

How would yo describe what DDA means to somebody who didn’t know. Not me, but like maybe someone different who didn’t know.

DDA is a fictional theory that games are rigged to keep them competitive. In actuality, DDA is just an excuse people who play online use when they lose a game since they can't deal with defeat.

Dynamic Difficulty Adjustment (AKA the equalizer). It makes cards that are better (and players that are better) play down to the level of the opponent.
There's an algorithm that EA copyrighted which tries to equalize the teams to make the game more competitive. EA insists that they never put it into the MUT code, that it is only for other modes, but most people believe it is in MUT. EA likes to refer to it as "momentum".
It keeps less skilled players or players with worse teams interested in the game (in the hopes that the longer they stay interested, the more chance they will spend $$$ on in-game content) by keeping the games closer. I ight have missed some points but I tried to cover it as well as I could.
