H2H not working

when I play online H2H seasons or all Madden seasons my record doesn't reset and my wins and losses are just adding up instead of resetting and I can't get progress. I don't know why this happens, I'm stuck on the same division and can't go to the playoffs. Any feedback helps.

On the bright side all our opponents are trash because it doesn't give us an elo.
